What to document before publishing a case study
- The starting problem in the client’s own context.
- The services involved, such as website design, local SEO, or digital marketing.
- The work completed and the reason behind key decisions.
- Verified outcomes, quotes, screenshots, or metrics only when approved.
Proof without overclaiming
Keep the story honest and useful.
Case studies should show the work clearly, explain the decisions, and use only confirmed details. If a result is not verified, leave it out until it is.
